The chameleon of the sea, the Cuttlefish, is not really a fish at all but a mollusk.

Their anatomy consists of an internal shell, called the cuttlebone, large W-shaped eyes, plus eight arms and two tentacles furnished with denticulated suckers. They have a remarkable ability to rapidly alter their skin color at will due to specialized pigment cells, the fast-changing patterns being utilized as a form of communication with other cuttlefish and a way to camouflage themselves from predators.

With its mild flavor Cuttlefish is a popular restaurant dish all over the world and in East Asia can be found, dried and shredded, as a highly popular snack food.
